Bronze Cast Purse Hangers

Img - purse belts exampleImg - purse hangers example

Knives, keys, purses and other oddments were often tied to the belt directly by a cord or were tied to a specific fitting called a purse hanger.

Belt pouches were either fitted with loops to pass the belt through or were mounted on a metal bar that was then suspended from the belt, this is a purse bar.

All dimensions are in mm. s/w is strap width.
