Penknives
Used for sharpening quills. Very fine taper for a razor sharp edge,
sharp point for cleaning out the nib and a sharp back for scraping
the quill. The short blade and longhandle allow excellent control
making it great for craft work such as leather and wood carving.
These must be kept very sharp to work, so read my 'How to sharpen
a knife' section on the instructions page.
