Sword scabbards are wood cored and knife scabbards are double layered.
I love leatherwork and make scabbards for all my own knives and many commissioned pieces for daggers and swords.
I can make or supply all the metalwork and leather harness that may be required and will make the scabbard using wood and leather, leather only or fur lined wood/leather as appropriate to the piece.
Dagger scabbards are generally about £50 - £90.
Sword scabbards and harness are generally about £250 - £300.
I much prefer to have the weapon when I make the scabbard.
