This is a plain munitions grade late 14thC. war bow that can be supplied with either a goats foot lever or a belt hook.
Crossbows were composite until the very late 14thC, they are prohibitively expensive now and so this in fact a steel bow dressed as a composite - but very well done.
This bow is only available lashed at 250-300lb draw.
£820 including goats foot.
Bow features:
- Hand forged bow dressed as a composite
- Linen string
- Steel nut and side plates
- Oiled ash stock
- Sprung trigger
- Front reinforcement pin
