Cooks Sets
Like all my blades these are a high carbon steel; they work well and
hold an edge like a stainless knife can only dream about, but will
mark and stain as they are used and are not dishwasher safe. They
are sold individually or as sets and all come with a scabbard. Those
shown are circa 1250 -1600, though we make early medieval through
to 21st century, even Damascus ones.
